Property/Rec Land valuation
Land is a hot commodity in many areas of the Midwest. A property may only be available for a few days after listing.
Two options:
- Actively monitor your local markets and advise you of listings to pursue and why. Billed Monthly
- Visit the listings asap (with or without you) to determine value and huntability. Billed Monthly + $400 site visit + travel.
Why not use a real estate agent? A bias likely exists. I provide a non-biased opinion. Many properties are designed and marketed for the sole purpose of the next sale, not for the purpose of successful hunting.
Year-round Property Management
Owning land comes with year-round opportunities and responsibilities. For absentee and time pressed landowners it can be nice to have somebody checking up on the place. This work will be bid to fit the interests of the landowner. Billed Monthly
Examples:
*Bud capping and tree pruning.
*Trail mowing and downed tree cleanup.
*Managing invasive species and nuisance wildlife.
*Maintenance of food plots, mineral sites, cameras, shooting lanes, fences and boundary signage.
